To request an order, please complete our Order Form, as it provides the information needed to give you the most accurate pricing. We will also confirm whether your requested collection date is available. All orders must be placed at least 3 days in advance to allow time for confirmation, preparation, and arrangement.

Orders are only confirmed once a 50% non-refundable deposit is placed. No deposit = no order. The remaining balance must be paid prior to the delivery date, or during pickup.

Delivery is available in Edmonton and surrounding areas at this time, with a flat rate of $15.

Full payment is required prior to delivery. If payment is not received before the scheduled delivery time, we will be unable to proceed with the order, and any amount paid will not be refunded.

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them. If necessary, we may also contact the person who placed the order to confirm whether the flowers can be left in a secure location. If approved, the order will be left as instructed. Otherwise, it may be returned for re-delivery. A $15 re-delivery fee will apply.

Once delivered and left in a secure location with approval, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.

All orders are made to order. Deposits are required to secure your booking and are non-refundable.

If an order is unclaimed, not picked up, or cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or lack of communication, no refund will be issued.

Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed using fresh, seasonal blooms in your preferred color palette and style, creating something personal and meaningful for every moment. While you’re welcome to share inspiration photos, please note that designs are not replicated exactly, as each arrangement is uniquely created based on seasonal availability and artistic interpretation.
